1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Globaryn9 Tech LLP ("Company", "we", "our", "us") for any engineering, construction, or infrastructure services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Globaryn9 provides engineering, construction, erection, installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance services for:

• Solar power plants and photovoltaic (PV) systems
• Electrical transmission lines and distribution networks
• Substations and switchyards
• Related electrical infrastructure projects

Service details, scope of work, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals, contracts, or work orders. All services are subject to applicable regulatory approvals, permits, and site conditions.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information and requirements
• Ensure necessary site access, permits, and approvals are in place
• Make timely payments as per agreed schedules
• Cooperate with our team during project execution
• Notify us promptly of any safety hazards or site condition changes

4. Quotations and Payments

All quotations and proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are specified in individual contracts. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as per applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not received as agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, specifications, reports, and other deliverables created by Globaryn9 remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended project only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globaryn9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This obligation survives termination of any agreement and remains in effect for a period of three years.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of termination. Termination does not affect obligations that are expressly intended to survive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, or such other competent jurisdiction as may be applicable.
